Each week I will review a cookbook by adjusting, preparing and photographing one of the recipes in the book. Immortals such as Elizabeth David will be pitted against the likes of Jamie Oliver as I seek out the best cookbooks and the best recipes for two people.

Libby Travers completed an Arts degree at Sydney University with history honours (her thesis compared rationing & food policies in France and England during WWII). A freelancer, she is currently working with Vogue Entertaining + Travel (managing the produce awards) and Victory Point Wines (a fabulous boutique producer in the Margaret River).
